We take your meat, fresh or frozen - anything you can't process yourself.
We process pork, venison, beef, lamb or any game meat.
We don't process whole animals, but we will bone legs or forequarters for you.
Meat may be from several hunts. We make quality sausages, patties, or other small goods. Blended with beef or pork back fat to give a good finished product, using quality gluten-free
